Aspire offers solo dance competitions that allow every performer the opportunity to showcase his or her skills.

Our competition offers the following categories for soloists:

  • Acro

  • Ballet

  • Contemporary

  • Hip Hop

  • Jazz

  • Lyrical

  • Modern

  • Musical Theatre

  • Open

  • Pantomime

  • Pointe (Junior Division & Up)

  • Tap

  • Vocal

At the conclusion of the competition, we take the top ten highest scoring solos of the weekend from the following categories to re-perform their qualifying solo in our Dance Battle for a chance to win a scholarship and the title of Aspire Performer of the Year! Solo Categories that are eligible are:
